Out of this world Chai Tea 

I was first introduced to chai tea by the beautiful Suzanne Win-Love Smith in 2006 .

In Bali ,2009 ,while in meditation I heard “ write this down “ use this to clear & balance your chakras. 

I’ve added Vanilla ,Anise to Suzanne’s original recipe .

I’ve also listed which  planet is associated with each Chaka .During your sacred ritual of drinking your tea, envisioning the planets with each chakras is also very healing. 

7th Charka , 2 Vanilla pods / God speaks to you / charka of purity / planet Mercury 

6th Charka ,Three cinnamon sticks / clear vision /planet Venus

5th Charka, Two star of anise /sweet speaking / planet Mars 

4th Charka ,Four or five slices of ginger /heartwarming /planet Jupiter

3rd Charka, 20 small gloves/  stomach digestive issues / planet Saturn

2nd Charka ,20 cardamom seeds/ sexual healing/  creativity / planet Uranus

1st Charka , 10 peppercorns / grounding / planet Neptune

Add 8 cups of water, bring to boil, turn down heat, simmer for one hour. Sometimes I like to add hot almond  milk as I pour ,enjoy.
