The Almonte spiritual community is proud to announce its first ever “Power Up Your Life” event: three days of innovation, inspiration and hope. This gathering will explore and share tools for intuitive living. Upwards of two hundred participants will spend the three day weekend interacting with a diverse and talented group who bring many different approaches to awakening the intuitive self-knowledge that we all possess. There will be a choice of eight daily workshops (see website for details).

We are fortunate to have as Saturday morning’s keynote speaker, the renowned author Mona Lisa Schulz, M.D., Ph.D. on her Intuitive Advisor Tour. Dr. Schulz teaches awareness of how our symptoms of illness are part of our intuition network, letting us know when something in our lives is out of balance. One of the many joys in her life is teaching individuals how to acknowledge, trust, and develop their intuitive skills.

Power Up Your Life will be held at the Herb Garden, 3840 Old Almonte Road, Ottawa, Ontario K0A 1AO

The event will be held from September 18 to 20, 2009. Hours will be Friday from 6pm to 9pm, Saturday from 8am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm.

Cost of the 3 day event is $165, which includes the concert, daily early morning yoga, lunches, the keynote lecture, participation in your choice of one workshop each day, and a copy of Dr. Schulz’s latest book “The Intuitive Advisor”.

This is a non-profit event with proceeds to be donated to Lanark County Interval House.
